Provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support to government customers.
Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows.
Reduce escalations by improving triage and resolution techniques.
Become a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer.
Provide on-the-job training for maintenance and operation techniques.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of field support experience with UAS.
Ability to travel 80%+ globally.
Strong troubleshooting, triage and escalation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics or repair workflows.
Linux operating systems experience is preferred.
