Field Support Representative - Mid West (Great Lakes)

📋 Description

• Provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support for Skydio customers.
• Troubleshoot firmware, mission usage/config, and cloud networking issues.
• Analyze logs and incident tickets to identify root causes and mitigations.
• Liaise with Product, Support, and Engineering to drive product improvements.
• Deliver on-site training on maintenance and operation of UAS and docks.
• Travel regionally to customer sites and collaborate with teams as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of civilian or military UAS operations and flight experience.
• Experience in operational/technical/customer-facing field support roles.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including after-hours and weekends.
• Proficient in on-site real-time troubleshooting and triage workflows.
• Able to travel regionally up to 30-50% and work at multiple sites.
• CRM (Salesforce) and Jira experience a plus.
