Field Support Representative - Northwest

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between Skydio and customers for advanced support
• Provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support
• Troubleshoot firmware, mission usage, and cloud networking issues
• Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging
• Reduce escalations through effective triage and resolution
• Train customers on maintenance and operation of UAS and docks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years UAS ops/flight experience (civil or military)
• Operational/technical/customer-facing field support experience
• Willing to travel regionally up to 30-50%
• Strong interpersonal and written communication
• Onsite troubleshooting and triage/escalation expertise
• CRM: Salesforce and Jira experience a plus
