Field team Leader

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate field data collection activities in alignment with global methodologies and
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through proactive monitoring and analytical review.
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational KPIs.
• Maintain panel health and compliance with Panel management and Data Science requirements.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
• Manage, develop, coach, and train Field Team and field auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English: Business-level fluency (C1).
• 3-5 years of work experience leading teams, ideally within a market research field force. Prior
• Solid understanding of operational metrics.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with analytical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
