Coordinate, implement, and manage the data collection/acquisition methods defined by Global.
Implement established global methodologies and standards across the team.
Clarify and reinforce field policies and procedures for associates within the area.
Proactively monitor data collection quality through established systems and analytical tools.
Initiate corrective actions to restore data quality when needed.
Partner with the Field Team Leader (FTL) team to continuously improve KPIs and data collection

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
English: Business-level fluency (C1).
3 -5 years of work experience leading teams, ideally within a market research field force. Prior
Solid understanding of operational metrics.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with analytical and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
