Field Team Leader Coordinator

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate field data collection activities in alignment with global methodologies and
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through proactive monitoring and analytical review
• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational KPIs
• Maintain panel health and compliance with Data Science requirements
• Build and sustain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
• Manage, develop, coach, and train Field Team Leaders and field auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English: Business-level fluency (C1)
• 3-5 years of work experience leading teams, ideally within a market research field force
• Prior experience in operations or equivalent operational experience
• Solid understanding of operational metrics
