📋 Description

• Leads and directs RMS Field Operations at a country or multi-country level.
• Manages a team(s) of FTLs and their teams to execute all Retail Measurement Services data
• Lead and motivate the field organization to ensure the delivery of high quality, timely and
• Coach and develop leaders and associates to build a pipeline of talent to support future needs of
• Effectively partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of the
• Ensure FTL and the executives are provided with adequate resources to deliver business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with 4 years in a leadership level position within Nielsen
• Multi-functional business experience leading dynamic organizations, including strong team
• Experience developing and implementing strategic business plans and new organizational designs
• Experience managing budgets.
• Experience managing operations outsourcing/off shoring initiatives.
