Hands-on on-site support with installers during first setups and troubleshooting
Collaborate with OE Homes Delivery to ensure site guides are useful
Set teams up for success by clarifying requirements, kit lists, and guides
Identify what works and feed insights to design, training, and standards
Empower installers to deliver high‑quality work matching the blueprint
Coordinate with housing associations, installers, suppliers, and data teams

🎯 Requirements

Experience delivering domestic solar PV and battery storage installs
Battery commissioning, inverter setup, export settings, and monitoring
Electrical background with BS 7671 18th Edition knowledge
Able to read designs, schematics, BOMs, and installation guidance
Strong problem-solving; provide clear feedback to design/training/data/delivery teams
Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays
