Field Technician

📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Build alliances and partnerships with subcontractors.
• Improve customer satisfaction/NPS scores.
• Ensure that all assigned work is completed safely and to industry specifications.
• Completion of client and company checklists, photos, and test results typically communicated to
• Keep the Project Managers apprised of job progress and/or problems on a regular basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with subcontractors.
• In-depth experience with cabling infrastructure installation, termination and testing to include
• Experience installing, programming and servicing a variety of telephone, PBX and key systems.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and servicing 2 or more of the following areas: POS, CCTV
• Knowledge of high-speed circuits, routers, switches and modems.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Adtran high speed circuits, routers and switches.
