Field Trainer

📋 Description

• Facilitate field onboarding and immersion programs for ALDI teams.
• Conduct live merchant visit observations and coaching to standards.
• Support onboarding journey to readiness for field deployment.
• Ensure trainees understand SOPs, compliance, AML, KYC, and processes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and field performance support.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and field reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or Education.
• 2+ years in Field Sales Training, Territory Management, or Sales Ops.
• Experience in fintech, retail, FMCG, or field-based sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with real-time feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; onboarding and merchant training.
• Organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities; willing to travel.
