Field Training Manager - Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Assist with the new-hire onboarding experience within the assigned Area.
• Coordinate the training process and development for newly hired Business Development Managers
• Monitor and enhance BDM progress throughout the training continuum, providing appropriate coaching
• Facilitate pre- and post-training onboarding sales calls throughout the new-hire sales training
• Attend at least one of each new-hire sales training course annually to remain current on course
• Complete the expected number of co-travels per quarter, prioritizing new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of sales training experience preferred, but not required
• 2+ of project management experience preferred, with health care experience preferred but not
• Serve as a positive role model
