• Reviewing and understanding complex processes and documentation across multiple systems, to

• Experience with process mapping and process improvement activities
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end Contingent Workforce processes, including successful

• Experience leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus
