📋 Description

• Lead integrations for VMS/HR tech, incl. config, testing, and data modeling.
• Design and oversee requirements to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects: requirements, design, testing, deployment.
• Analyze client challenges and design solutions integrating with customer environments.
• Create and review test plans, configurations, and basic JSON/cXML; document specs.
• Coordinate with technology/data staging teams; lead meetings and pre-sales support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years VMS experience preferred
• 3+ years implementation experience preferred
• Experience with project management, reporting, and data modelling
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Consulting experience preferred
• Travel up to 20%
