📋 Description

• Strategic advisory on system configurations and bespoke workflows.
• Resolve complex issues and enable self-sufficiency via training and self-service docs.
• Drive platform adoption through feature rollouts and process improvements.
• Maintain SME status on Filevine roadmap to drive platform adoption.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity.
• Audit workflows to identify inefficiencies and realign tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on administration of Filevine or similar legal tech platforms.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and client service standards.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems, system integrations, and automation.
• Strong PM skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication for user training, support, and change management.
• Passion for solving problems and driving platform adoption.
• Experience in a law firm, legal dept, or paralegal role preferred.
• Willing to travel to client offices 3–4 times/week.
