📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a JYSK store team to achieve sales and customer focus
• Own responsibility for store results and drive key metrics
• Implement store concepts and routines and lead by example
• Occasionally take on selling tasks and store duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leadership, motivation and team development (advantageous)
• Strong communication, positive and appreciative work environment
• Willingness to take responsibility for your future store and results
• Ability to achieve very good results; available to work Saturdays with one day off per week
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) in spoken and written
