📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team according to company values and leadership principles
• Monitor KPIs, initiate measures to increase sales, and manage the store goal-oriented
• Ensure that the team is fully focused on sales and delivering a first-class shopping experience
• Implement store concepts and actively support sales floor and merchandising activities as a role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, gastronomy, or services, e.g. as deputy branch manager in retail or
• Excellent customer orientation and ability to lead by example and inspire the team for customer
• Strong initiative and communication skills, able to solve tasks and challenges independently
• Result orientation and entrepreneurial thinking, willing to take responsibility for the store and
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) in spoken and written
