• Management of fleet, quality, and customer complaints

• Management of digital locations and key boxes
• Monitor and optimize KPIs to exceed station revenue goals
• Coordinate goods management, reorders, invoice processing, and service providers
• Ensure premium quality and smooth processes at the station

• Completed commercial or business administration education/study
• Professional and leadership experience in sales-oriented positions
• Open to career changers from various industries
• Strong sales orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Organizational skills, empathy, and ability to motivate employees
• Fluent German and very good English
