• Daily cash monitoring across all entities.
• Bank matching and Xero reconciliations across all entities.
• Payment setup: AP runs, contractor, affiliate, wire/ACH/EFT.
• Virtual card management and correct entity coding.
• Senior lender certificate prep and month-end close support.
• Payroll processing support across entities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years accounting in multi-entity or SaaS/tech.
• IFRS/accrual accounting knowledge; know why things are done.
• Proficiency with Xero or cloud accounting platform.
• Problem-solving, deadline-driven, AI/automation mindset.
• Accounting degree required; CPA/Candidate asset.
• Fluent in English; second language assets.
