Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and reconcile project invoices, subcontracts, and service orders.
• Audit high-volume service bills against POs, WOs, and pricing.
• Investigate cost variances; identify opportunities to reduce spend.
• Analyze labor, equipment, freight, and material charges for accuracy.
• Code invoices to correct GL accounts and cost centers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, rates, and change orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years in project accounting, construction finance, or cost analysis.
• High integrity; strong analytical and communication skills.
• US GAAP knowledge; experience with multiple entities.
• NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.
