Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• MSA/SOW review, client invoicing, and project financial tracking
• Employee utilization tracking, vendor reconciliation, and margin analysis
• Variance commentary, and client/internal reporting templates
• Budgeting, monthly forecasting, and close to guide decisions
• Deliver insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Support analytics, reporting, and regular meetings with key accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in Client Finance, FP&A, or similar role
• Accounting/Finance degree with knowledge of accounting principles
• Finance experience in professional services a plus (Agency/Consulting)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-driven and able to complete month-end tasks
• Problem solver with strong analytical mindset
