📋 Description

  • Track manufacturing KPIs: product cost and fixed cost spend
  • Monitor variable costs (materials, packaging, labor, energy); monthly actuals vs budget
  • Monitor inventory levels; provide monthly analysis per MU policies
  • Support budgeting and planning; timely reporting
  • Develop FP&A: Manufacturing P&L, operations budget, forecasts
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests quickly

🎯 Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years finance experience; intl org is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented with attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with digital tools and AI-driven applications
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
