Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Running our month end close to deliver management accounts that senior stakeholders can act on with
• Building and maintaining our budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes to inform and underpin
• Analysis and interpretation of business costs and performance against plan, providing insight
• Owning the finance operations that keep the company moving day to day, from payroll through to
• Taking end to end responsibility for our year end audit, statutory reporting and compliance calendar
• Preparing analysis and materials for the board and our investors, with the opportunity to take

🎯 Requirements

• A strong command of the fundamentals: financial statements, reporting, and the accounting that sits
• One to three years at a Big 4 or another leading mid-tier firm, or in a finance team in industry
• Ambitious, and looking to develop and progress quickly in a fast growing company
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with strong financial modelling ability and the capacity to turn
• Commercially minded, and able to communicate complex financial movements clearly and concisely to
• An inquisitive approach to the day to day, with a desire to question and challenge the numbers and
