Finance Analyst, PM - T3G

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for contractual matters on assigned contracts.
• Manage post-award lifecycle: kickoff, performance, changes, closeout.
• Review and interpret contract terms for leadership, ops, and contractors.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute modifications with the government KO.
• Monitor funding levels and notify to prevent Anti-Deficiency Act exposure.
• Maintain auditable files and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including common clauses.
• Interpret and advise on complex terms in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, IDIQ, and BPA lifecycles.
• Proficient with Deltek Costpoint, JAMIS, and WAWF.
• Strong financial acumen: read funding documents and SF-30/SF-1034.
• Familiar with DCAA audits, ICS, and CPSR processes.
• Experience as Contract Manager on DoD engineering or OM&S contracts.
