🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or a similar analytical role
Hands-on use of AI in actual work, beyond chat (e.g., AI coding agent, reusable prompt or workflow)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and habit of reconciling numbers
Advanced Excel and comfort with large data sets; SQL or Python a plus
Expert level written and verbal English communication
