Finance and Operation Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, multi-entity reconciliations, and diverse, variable payment models
• Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and AR collections to simplify workflows and reduce manual
• Oversee Accounts Payable (vendor payments, bill tracking) and perform regular bank, credit card
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash
• Assist with operational and general admin tasks as needed to support business growth and expand
• Identify pricing efficiencies and process improvements as the role develops.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and familiarity with eCommerce-specific accounting tools
• Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue structures (e.g., Amazon
