Finance and Sales Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to commercial leadership, providing data-driven insights
• Develop executive-level materials and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Communicate business issues through cross-functional collaboration, using data to validate
• Develop and track regional goals and performance metrics, ensuring visibility to progress and gaps
• Conduct financial modeling and ROI analysis to support investment decisions and growth initiatives
• Lead and deliver core Sales Operations processes, including territory design, quota setting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant work experience; including 3-5 years in strategic planning / P&L
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinker, and ability to master our business model
• Dedicated to developing, coaching, and training a team
• Critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and seek solutions
