📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate strategy into financial plans.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning across GTM.
• Deliver actionable insights, scenario analysis, and executive recommendations.
• Modernize Finance with AI, automation, and scalable planning processes.
• Compensation: base US range $185,000-$220,000 plus RSUs.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to improve metrics and self-service reporting.
• Drive strategic investment analysis and resource allocation.
• Improve finance processes and operating leverage through automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Finance, Strategy, FP&A in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Experience partnering with executives to influence decisions.
• Strong financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Build scalable finance processes and automate workflows.
• Passion for AI, automation, and modern finance tech.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Product, Ops, and Data.
• High integrity, ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.
