Finance Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities across the business and its subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly invoices for publishers and customers, apply incoming payments, manage collections
• Review and process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and other payment requests, ensuring
• Process publisher and customer payments in accordance with established company guidelines
• Assist with employee payroll and contractor payments, reconcile payroll accounts, and calculate
• Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer balances, and other financial accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification is preferred.
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within an international
• Strong understanding of general accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections
• Excellent Excel skills and demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and update financial models.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Campfire AI, along with strong working knowledge of Google
