📋 Description

• Produce detailed invoices for Platform Services customers, with supporting documentation in line
• Pull billing and cost data from multiple systems and teams (Outbound, Operations, Warehouse) each
• Check every billing file and invoice for formula accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with
• Submit billing files and invoices for internal approval, then issue approved invoices directly to
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on invoice calculations, queries, and contract terms.
• Work closely with Platform Services account managers to investigate and resolve customer billing

• Able to work to tight, non-negotiable deadlines.
• Confident working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with high volumes of data across multiple sources.
• Experience creating invoices or other customer-facing financial documents.
• Understanding of a P&L and how billing feeds into it.
