📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 90–100 customer accounts, including high-value accounts and
• Drive accounts receivable and credit control activities, ensuring timely collections across all
• Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with customers on overdue payments, and implement
• Investigate, manage, and resolve customer disputes related to purchase orders, delivery, services
• Handle cash application, cash posting, customer billing, invoicing, and related revenue processes
• Work with customer invoicing platforms, including Tungsten, Ariba, and Coupa, to facilitate invoice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit control, preferably
• Good understanding of the end-to-end O2C process, including collections, billing, cash application
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, prioritize collection activities
• Practical experience investigating and resolving invoice and payment disputes involving purchase
• Hands-on experience with customer invoicing portals such as Tungsten, Ariba, and Coupa. Familiarity
