• Comfortable with data; explain findings plainly to non-spreadsheet folks.
• Collaborates well across teams; uses AI tools to move faster.
• 5+ years in FP&A or similar; basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with unit economics (MRR, LTV, ROAS) a bonus.
