Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to bring a financial perspective to product and investment
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for your area, ensuring that assumptions
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and
• Prepare clear and insightful reports and presentations for senior management, explaining financial
• Support ad-hoc business cases for new initiatives, estimating costs, returns, and financial impact
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A, Controlling, and Data teams to maintain consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar FP&A role in a
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage confidently with technical and product
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when simplifying complex financial
