Build and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and scenarios.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Sales to develop budgets and long-term plans.
Conduct cost analysis, unit economics, and profitability by product.
Provide actionable insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
Support monthly management reporting with variance analysis.
Drive planning cycles, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
Experience in fast-paced data-driven environments (fintech/startups) preferred
Background in audit (Big 4) or fintech/corporate finance a plus
Advanced Excel and financial modelling; basic SQL and BI tools advantageous
Russian and English speaker
