Work directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics, and scenario analysis
own financial results and quality of insights for assigned business areas
build financial models, run ad-hoc analyses, and contribute to forecasts and budgets

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or similar analytical role
financial modeling and business case experience
comfortable with data and explaining findings
clear communication; commercially curious; use AI tools
familiarity with unit economics (MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, contribution margin) is a bonus
