Finance Business Partner, Expansion Sales (Spanish Speaker)

📋 Description

• Act as primary finance partner for senior sales leaders.
• Deliver FP&A including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and risks.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, and executive reporting with recommendations.
• Build relationships across international teams, aligning financial and commercial priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, business planning, or financial analysis, incl. 3+ yrs in tech/software sales.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, accounting principles, business analysis, and strategic decision support.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
