Finance Business Partner, G&A

📋 Description

• Partner with CFO/CAO/CIO to translate ops decisions into financial plans and headcount.
• Design, automate, and implement AI-enabled forecasting to scale the business.
• Build and stress-test financial models to guide capital allocation and vendor investments.
• Deliver board-ready monthly financial reporting, analyses, and variance commentary.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close for data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment of annual and long-range operating plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8+ years of progressive corporate finance experience in FP&A or related field.
• Proven background in public SaaS or multinational environments with SaaS metrics.
• Advanced financial modeling and data manipulation in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong operational mindset with emphasis on process automation in an AI-enabled org.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to distill dense data into executive narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
