Finance Business Partner - Retail Annuities

📋 Description

• Supporting senior finance leaders in understanding the main drivers of financial performance
• Partnering with stakeholders to provide constructive challenge and support commercial
• Building trusted relationships across L&G Retail and the wider organisation
• Contributing to financial plans and forecasts across IFRS, new business, Solvency II, cash
• Translating complex financial information into clear, relevant and actionable insight
• Assessing the financial implications of strategic, commercial and operational decisions

🎯 Requirements

• A Qualified Actuary, with relevant experience across life insurance, annuities, PRT, protection or
• Strong business-partnering skills and the confidence to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• The ability to understand complex issues and communicate them clearly to different audiences
• Commercial awareness and evidence of applying financial insight to decisions
• Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to think independently
• Experience balancing priorities and delivering effectively in a fast-moving environment
