📋 Description

• Own UK financial reporting; ensure accuracy and variance analysis.
• Lead key finance processes and transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles.
• Proven ability to prepare and review financial reporting; manage compliance.
• Strong UK/Europe payroll, tax, and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Analytical mindset; translate data into actionable insights.
• Stakeholder management; influence decision-making.
• Tools: Xero or similar; Excel/Sheets; automation/AI improvements.
