Finance Business Partner with Spanish

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with Finance Directors, Business Leaders and other key stakeholders
• Act as a strategic partner, translating business expectations into clear operational requirements
• Identify opportunities for value creation, operational excellence and service improvement.
• Provide recommendations based on financial and operational performance trends.
• Own the governance, monitoring and reporting of agreed FSSC performance metrics, ensuring
• Analyze performance gaps, identify their root causes and support the implementation of improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including exposure to business partnering, performance
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Knowledge English and Spanish at a minimum C1 level
• Good understanding of finance processes, performance metrics and the ability to translate data into
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence, coach and guide stakeholders without
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the confidence to challenge
