📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain complex customer accounts and subscriptions.
• Customize invoices and billing workflows to meet customer needs.
• Manage updates to billing processes with precision and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for escalations, driving timely resolutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve billing and finance operations.
• Ensure customer experience while upholding internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Finance Operations.
• Autonomous, take ownership of tasks end-to-end.
• Able to decision-make under ambiguity.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, Upflow, Gainsight, Google Suite.
