🎯 Requirements

  • 20+ years in finance leadership with coaching.
  • Interested in turning people leadership into coaching.
  • ICF-certified coaching is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to complete Mento Coaching 101 (ICF program).
  • Based in North America or Europe (remote).
  • Commit to 12+ hours per month for 24+ months.
