📋 Description

Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, governance, and controllership.
Partner with internal stakeholders and fund admins for accurate accounting.
Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting for investment funds.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Lead development of a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Tax and Technology as needed.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years of fund accounting experience.
3+ years in management (Controller/Senior Manager/VP).
Strong integrity and high ethical standards.
US GAAP and IFRS knowledge in fund accounting.
SEC reporting experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
