Finance Director (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end annual operating plan, long-range model, and forecasts.
• Lead FP&A team and partner with VP FP&A, CFO, and leaders.
• Manage month-end close across a global team for accuracy.
• Drive investment cases: market entry, headcount, pricing, contracts.
• Own SaaS metrics framework: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback, Rule of 40.
• Transform FP&A tooling toward modern planning platform (Pigment).

🎯 Requirements

• 12–16 years in Finance; 4–5 years in senior FP&A leadership.
• SaaS/tech/subscription background; strong SaaS metrics.
• Proven ownership of full planning cycle (AOP, reforecast, model).
• Senior partner to C-suite; influence with data and storytelling.
• Advanced financial modeling; build/review complex models.
• FP&A systems implementation or planning platform migration.
