Finance Director - US Commercial FP&A Specialty

📋 Description

• Lead the Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Long-Range Plan, and monthly forecasting
• Drive forecast accuracy through driver-based forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven
• Translate revenue trends, demand drivers, market dynamics, profitability, and investment
• Monitor performance against financial commitments and key operating metrics, identifying risks
• Lead monthly business reviews and deliver clear, concise recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Specialty & Eye Care leadership and collaborate across

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in FP&A, commercial finance, accounting
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and influencing business decisions.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
