Finance ERP Programme Manager (Contractor)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ERP, Finance, HR and EPM transformation programmes
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders as primary client contact
• Define programme scope, objectives and business outcomes
• Develop and execute robust delivery plans aligned to MAXIMISE
• Lead, coach and inspire programme teams to deliver results
• Establish governance, reporting and stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex ERP transformation programmes
• Experience with ERP platforms: Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, Workday, Dynamics 365, Infor, Unit4
• Expertise in MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Experience leading fixed-price engagements and commercial outcomes
• Strong governance, financial management, planning and delivery controls
• Stakeholder management at Executive, C-Suite and Programme Board levels
