📋 Description

• Work with the Affiliate Leadership Team, Regional Finance Director and Centers of Excellence
• Be an active and integral member of the Aesthetics Affiliate Leadership Team, which includes
• Act cross-functionally to contribute to business strategies and execute deliverables with agility
• Enable investment opportunities while pushing for effective resourcing maximization opportunities
• Analyze business agreements and general contracts to ensure they make sound financial and business
• Ensure that financial controls are in place to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent is required (Master's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance management with broad exposure to all aspects of
• Engaged in data-driven analytics, tools, and agility initiatives with a simplicity mindset.
• Skilled in talent management with focus on building and sustaining diverse and high-performing
• Skilled in building cross-functional relationships with a strategic mindset.
