📋 Description

• Provide high-quality client support while ensuring service commitments and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial processing, business processes, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SQL or similar data modeling technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools for documentation, data analysis, or reporting.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel reporting tools, and business apps.
