Finance Intern (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Support the Director: help prepare briefs and keep projects moving.
• Finance operations & accounting: assist monthly/quarterly/annual close and coordinate with auditors.
• Controlling & financial planning: assist budgeting, forecasting and liquidity tracking.
• AI & automation: identify opportunities to automate finance workflows with AI tools and low-code.
• Cross-functional bridge: coordinate with tax, auditors, legal; collaborate with Growth and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Some exposure: internships or coursework in finance, accounting, or consulting is a plus.
• Analytical chops: strong analytical mindset and solid Excel skills.
• Tech-forward: interest in AI tools; BI or low-code experience is a bonus.
• Accounting basics: understanding of accounting principles; German IFRS familiarity is a plus.
• Languages: strong German and English, written and spoken.
• Mindset: proactive, self-driven and pragmatic; eager to learn from leadership.
