📋 Description

• Serve as Finance Partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership.
• Oversee financial management for R&D, CAPEX, manufacturing, and freight/warehouse operations.
• Design and maintain cost frameworks for BOM, yields, and inventory valuation.
• Translate roadmaps and hardware specs into scalable financial projections.
• Manage monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and close cycles; explain variances.
• Drive efficiency across supply chain routes, warehouse logistics, and production lines.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in engineering or finance with hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Google Sheets super-user) with COGS, BOM, and production workflows.
• Strong business acumen; distill technical roadmaps into board-ready narratives.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering teams.
• Relentless drive for operational efficiency; automate with AI tools to modernize reporting.
