Finance Lead, Purchase Based Contracting

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for analysts supporting Oncology and other products across
• Represent PBC on initiatives that evaluate opportunities and streamline or enhance processes and
• Partner with the manager and Brand and Market Access teams on strategic initiatives throughout the
• Work independently with minimal supervision while building strong internal and external
• Build alignment and drive results by partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead special projects and support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and audit-related requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business required
• MBA desirable
• 6+ Years of progressive experience, preferably in Contracts and Pricing
• Ability to provide indirect leadership and guidance across multiple workstreams
• Ability to interact with and support senior-level management in a matrixed organization
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
